To start the returns process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. After receiving a reply from our customer service team, please mail out the item within 10 days of initiating the return. When returning an item, ensure that they are new, unaltered, unused, unwashed in their undamaged packaging, dust bags and have all original tags attached. All items must arrive in the condition it was received, failing to meet these requirements will result in a $10 fee. Indiigo Culture has the full discretion to decide whether the item(s) are in a condition suitable for exchange/return. Mail-in returns have a $5 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Please note that Last Chance items or Final Sale items and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged, no refunds or store credit will be provided.

Yes! The exchange process is identical to the refund process above. We will provide store credit to your account so that you can order your new piece.
It’s simple! Email email@example.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return/exchange. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to return your item.
Once you have your return shipping label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return shipping label and attach to your package. Drop it off with the shipping carrier referenced on your return label, either being USPS or UPS. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, the label cost of $5 will be deducted from your refund for each return package.
Want free return shipping? Opt for a store credit refund instead and postmark your package within 10 days of initiating a return.
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund/store credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund/store credit amounts. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Your bank/credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
We want you to get something you love, so we’re happy to help you swap it out discreetly. You can return any unworn and undamaged items you received as a gift for store credit with no return shipping fee within 30 days of the purchase date.
