  • Can I return my item for a refund? 
    Yes! To start the returns process, please email us at hello@indiigoculture.com within 10 working days of receiving your item. After receiving a reply from our customer service team, please mail out the item within 5 working days. When returning an item, ensure that they are unaltered, unused, unwashed, include original packaging, and have all tags attached. Indiigo Culture has the full discretion to decide whether the item(s) are in a condition suitable for exchange and return.
     
  • How do I exchange an item?
    At Indiigo Culture, the exchange process is identical to the refund process above. We will provide store credit to your account so that you can order your new piece. 
     
  • How about returning or exchanging an item bought on sale?
    All sale items are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns for sale items. 
     
  • I live in Singapore, is there a free pick-up service or can I do the return in person?
    Yes! We do our best to provide easy returns for our local fans. For either option, contact us within 10 working days of receiving your item to arrange for a time-slot. 
    FREE Pick-Up Service - We conduct pick-ups during Monday to Friday, 5.00 to 8.00pm, and Saturday 10.00am to 1.00pm. Pick-up will be from the address the item was shipped to and someone must be available to personally pass us the return parcel.
    Return In Person - Our local customers are welcome to come to Indiigo Culture's office (#03-01A Kimly Building, 3 New Industrial Road, Singapore 536197) to exchange or return items. We are available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm.
     
  • Who is responsible for the cost of the return shipping?
    You will be responsible for shipping costs pertaining to your return. Do use a shipping service that provides tracking, otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Oh no, I received a damaged item, what's next?
    First, we apologise for the damaged item, we do our best to ensure all parcels are sent out in good condition. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, and return the item to us. You will receive the option of a full credit card refund or store credit refund, note that this will also include a refund of your return shipping cost.  

  • What are the steps to take?
    Our mode of exchange and return are via postal mail. Please email hello@indiigoculture with your order number to initiate the process. Our customer service team will reply your email to confirm the exchange or return and assist you with it.
    After which, please send your item(s) to our address – Indiigo Culture Pte Ltd, #03-01A Kimly Building, 3 New Industrial Road, Singapore 536197.
    Do email us the tracking number of your returning parcel so that we can confirm receipt, otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether the item has been approved for or denied an exchange or return. If approved, we will assist you with the refund or will provide the relevant store credit.
