Shipping
We ship all orders from the state of Connecticut. We currently ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii – hopefully other countries soon!
We are glad to offer the following carbon neutral shipping options for all domestic orders with no minimum order total required:
No Rush (5–8 business days + processing time): $4.95
Standard (3–5 business days + processing time): $6.95
Express (2–3 business days + processing time): $19.95
All orders of $75 or more will receive FREE carbon neutral No Rush shipping. Our current processing time is 2-4 business days.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Tracking information will become available 1–2 business days after ordering. All shipping estimates are approximate and listed in business days. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We offer shipping to P.O. boxes in the United States, but may be unable to guarantee accurate delivery estimates or complete tracking information.
My Order
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, hence we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Kindly contact us immediately by sending an email to care@indiigoculture.com if you have entered an incorrect shipping address or have questions about the status of your order. We will do our very best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees if we have already begun processing or packing your order.
All domestic orders in the United States may be subject to sales and state taxes. These taxes are calculated according to the state or province of the shipping address, and are included in the final price of your order before completing payment. If you decide to return any items in your order, you will be refunded the cost of the item and any applicable tax paid.
If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the ORDER NOTES section during the checkout process. Your message will be handwritten on a note card exactly as you have entered it on the website.
Tracking
You can track your order by logging into My Account or referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is delivered to its final destination.
Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. However, this may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipping carrier has dropped them off at their destination. Sometimes shipping carriers will leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft, or even preemptively mark orders as “Delivered”. While these decisions are out of our control, we suggest looking around the vicinity of the shipping address, checking with your neighbors, and waiting at least 3 business days to see if anything turns up. If you still have not received your package, you can contact us by emailing care@indiigoculture.com and our team will do our best to further assist you.
